Cancellation, Policies and Procedures

  • All classes are 8 week (consecutive) sessions.
  • There are no classes the weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years. Classes that fall on other national holidays can be mutually decided between the group/coach.
  • We adhere to all CDC and California state protocols related to the COVID-19 Virus.
  • Classes are only canceled due to hazardous weather or field conditions (ie. heavy downpour, brushfire, temperatures over 104 and lower than 50 etc) or a coach emergency (where a sub cannot be secured) in which case a class will be added to the end of the session. We do not offer partial refunds of any kind.
  • If you miss a class or decide to withdraw your child from the programme mid-session, as stated above, you will not be funded.
  • Any child exhibiting ANY sign of illness will be asked to not participate.
  • Parents are expected to supervise siblings of participants during the entire duration of the class. Due to strict liability policies, we cannot allow any siblings to participate unless they are registered for that particular class.
  • New kids can be added to any group until the max is reached UNLESS we are notified that it is a private pod in which case no new participants can be added.
  • We welcome new participants mid-session and the cost can be prorated for new members only.
  • No refunds of any kind issued after registration.
  • No credit will be issued for missed classes once a session has begun.
  • Safefit Kids periodically takes photos of the kids enrolled in its classes for promotional purposes. If you do not consent to having photos
    taken of your child(ren), please email Safefitkids@gmail.com
