Our soccer classes run for 8 weeks and focus on skill development, cooperation with teammates, and promoting a passion for the game. Classes are 1-hour in length and consist of 40 minutes of skill-based challenges and 20-minute scrimmages. This model enables us to tailor each class, creating programs that are suitable for all levels. Players are encouraged to attempt new skills and take risks via positive feedback. Regardless of your child’s level, our objective is to take them to the next level so that they are better prepared to play on a club or recreational level team.
Fit Speed and Agility training is intended for any child, ages 7-13, who is looking to get faster, stronger, and more powerful. This program is well suited for both beginning players looking to improve their coordination through to elite athletes seeking to gain an edge on the competition. Classes are separated by age and ability so that every child is challenged and achieves substantial gains. The program focuses on the following areas:
